As a Barber at Campsfield IRC, you will deliver professional hair‑cutting and barbering services that meet the varied cultural needs of our resident population. You will maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment while ensuring that all work meets safety, security and contractual standards. This is a hands‑on, resident‑facing role where you will play a key part in creating a positive atmosphere and supporting the wellbeing of the people in our care.
