Job Description

Welcome to Double Knot, an elegant cocktail lounge, sushi bar & restaurant in the heart of Center City. This location attracts people from all walks of life, offering a sophisticated Japanese inspired menu & approachable tastings to fit the taste of many. Come grab a craft cocktail & small bites for a happy hour treat or escape to our downstairs to enjoy our sushi pairings and elevated ambiance. Double Knot is seeking a supportive Barback to assist in all bar & beverage back of house prep and execution.

Job Responsibility

Must be availble to work nights & weekends
Maintain a stocked bar & replenish supplies throughout service
Organize & clean bar area
Cut & prepare beverage garnishes
Monitor & replenish ice supplies
Communicate openly with bartenders, servers & managment staff
Assist in setting up & closing down bar at beginning & end of service
