Job Description:

The Barback is an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. The Barback ensures that Bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service to our guests — from restocking beverages and glassware to maintaining cleanliness and assisting with bar preparation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain bar stock by replenishing ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverages
  • Support Bartenders in preparing the bar for service and during peak operation hours
  • Ensure all bar areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards
  • Assist with bar setup and closing duties
  • Occasionally help clear tables or deliver beverages as needed
  • Handle supplies and stock movement efficiently and safely

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance
  • High attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule — able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • additional languages are an advantage
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an asset
