Job Description

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for a Barback to join our Bars team.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with the smooth running of the bars throughout the Hotel
  • Preparing mise en place for the bars and opening and closing them
  • Ensuring the Bar team have everything they need to exceed members' needs and expectations whilst on shift
  • Clearing used dishes and glasses from tables
  • Generally pre-empting the bartenders' needs

  • Passionate about beverages, keen to develop their knowledge in the drinks industry

  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
