Nubé Rooftop is currently seeking passionate, dependable, and hardworking Barbacks to join our high-energy culinary team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your craft, and want to be part of a team committed to quality, consistency, and hospitality, we want to meet you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support bartenders during service by restocking liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
  • Stock and prep garnishes (citrus, herbs, specialty cocktail ingredients, etc.)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, coolers, and storage areas
  • Stock ice, glassware, and bar tools
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Keep bar areas clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times
  • Work efficiently in a high-volume, team-driven environment
