Welcome to Double Knot, an elegant cocktail lounge, sushi bar & restaurant in the heart of Center City. This location attracts people from all walks of life, offering a sophisticated Japanese inspired menu & approachable tastings to fit the taste of many. Come grab a craft cocktail & small bites for a happy hour treat or escape to our downstairs to enjoy our sushi pairings and elevated ambiance. Double Knot is seeking a supportive Barback to assist in all bar & beverage back of house prep and execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Must be available to work nights & weekends
  • Maintain a stocked bar & replenish supplies throughout service
  • Organize & clean bar area
  • Cut & prepare beverage garnishes
  • Monitor & replenish ice supplies
  • Communicate openly with bartenders, servers & management staff
  • Assist in setting up & closing down bar at beginning & end of service

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work nights & weekends
