The Barbacks ensure bars and bar service areas inventories are replenished at all times. In addition, the Barback also ensures guest satisfaction, beverage quality, and cleanliness while having knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks being served.
Job Responsibility:
Wash your hands when you arrive at work and throughout your shift
Follow all required guidelines for PPE when required to wear and maintain a clean and sanitized uniform at all times
Maintains and stocks adequate supplies of bar items such as glasses, cups, napkins, drink supplies, condiments, etc.
Washes glasses and other serving equipment at bars
Rotate wine and beer in large cooler
Stock refrigerating units with wines, beer, replace beer kegs, etc.
Replenish bar ice
Clean and polish bar, counters, shelves, equipment, bar stools, etc.
Prepare food items needed in preparation of drinks
Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
Organize and Clean empty beer bottles daily
Requirements:
Minimum age requirement of 18 years
Minimum 3 years+ of experience in a fine dining or high volume environment
Must be able to stand and work 8 hour shifts
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Customer service oriented attitude with strong hospitality skills
Able to work flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
