Job Description:

Complete opening and closing duties for bar operations, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service. Work collaboratively with a team to deliver a high standard of service in a vibrant hospitality setting. Opportunities for growth within Marriott International’s robust hotel network.

Job Responsibility:

Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Clean bar areas and tools
Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Adhere to quality expectations and standards
Report accidents and unsafe conditions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
Follow company safety and security policies and procedures
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools
Positive working relationships with others
Professional appearance
Compliance with company standards.

Nice to have:

No supervisory experience required.
