Job Responsibility:
Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and hygiene standards
Maintain proper par levels and make fresh syrups and house-made mixes
Efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
Ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre-bussing is maintained
Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
Complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
Learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard
Requirements:
Must be able to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage categories and all issued training tests throughout employment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be punctual and adhere to health and hygiene standards
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Basic physical ability to handle lifting and moving supplies
