• Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and hygiene standards
• Maintain proper par levels and make fresh syrups and house-made mixes
• Efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
• Ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre-bussing is maintained
• Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
• Complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
• Learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard

• Must be able to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage categories and all issued training tests throughout employment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be punctual and adhere to health and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
• Basic physical ability to handle lifting and moving supplies
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
