Job Description

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a Barback to join our Bars team, initially supporting our outdoor summer activations, including pool service. The on target earning potential for this role is £29,620.86 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £25,460.86, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with the smooth running of the bars throughout the Hotel
  • Initially focused on South Terrace and pool area
  • Preparing mise en place for the bars and opening and closing them
  • Ensuring the Bar team have everything they need to exceed members’ needs and expectations whilst on shift
  • Clearing used dishes and glasses from tables
  • Generally pre-empting the bartenders' needs.
