Job Responsibility:

  • assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks including garnishes mixers and glassware
  • refill ice bins stock supplies and replenish beverage ingredients as needed
  • prepare and maintain cleanliness of bar tools and equipment
  • clean and sanitize bar areas including countertops sinks and floors
  • wash and store glassware utensils and bar equipment
  • ensure that the bar area is organized and free of clutter at all times
  • provide prompt and courteous service to guests assisting with their needs and requests
  • communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth bar operations
  • adhere to all health safety and hygiene standards and regulations
  • follow proper procedures for handling and storing food and beverage items
  • work closely with the bar team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment
  • assist with training new bar staff and provide guidance as needed
  • maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • be reliable punctual and team-oriented

Requirements:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or bar environment preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • physical ability to lift moderate weight
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • must adhere to health safety and hygiene regulations
