We are looking for a Barback to join the team at 1864 Rooftop in John Lewis, Oxford Street! The Rooftop is one of the most accessible venues in Central London and features an eclectic wine selection, classic and seasonal cocktails, and small and large plates with regular events held year-round.

Job Responsibility:

  • ensuring the bar runs smoothly by restocking supplies
  • changing kegs
  • cleaning glasses
  • maintaining cleanliness behind the bar
  • focusing on behind-the-scenes tasks—like refilling ice, garnishes, and liquor—allowing bartenders to focus on serving customers

Requirements:

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
