Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the team as Bar Tender at Sun Street Hotel. With an initial focus of building our team, this position offers a clear career pathway as part of the Food & Beverage team.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring standards are maintained, complying with company and legal requirements
  • Be fully aware of the day's operations, reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Management team
  • Communicate effectively all departments ensuring every guest receives the warmest welcome and a smooth guest journey
  • Co-ordinate daily front of house and back of house Restaurant operations
  • Ensuring Restaurant presentation is of a high standard at all times
  • Ensuring a presence on the floor to guests and colleagues always
  • Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar position for a Hotel or Restaurant
  • Proven experience of working in a luxury environment
  • Experienced in delivering Food & Beverage service
  • Flair and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to motivate, inspire colleagues and engage with the team
  • Eye for detail and ability to prioritise with a positive demeanour
