Job Responsibility

Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns
Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces
Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts
Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Event Support: Assist with setup and service for special events and private functions
Food Service: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service
