Bar Team Member

• preparing and serving a range of drinks
• ensuring the bar area is well-maintained

• collaborating with the kitchen team to provide seamless food service
• mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience by addressing any questions or concerns
• keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces
• monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware
• process payments accurately, including cash, card, and mobile transactions, and balance the register after shifts
• adhere to health and safety regulations, including ID checks for legal drinking age and responsible alcohol service
• work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• assist with setup and service for special events and private functions
• ensure accurate and timely delivery of à la carte orders and maintain high standards for buffet preparation and service
