Job Description:

The Living Room Bar Supervisor's primary responsibility includes managing the team and assigned shift operations within the Lobby Lounge. The role focuses on maximizing talent and guest satisfaction, revenues and profitability, while creating authentic guest experiences and maintaining hotel standards.

Job Responsibility:

Manage team and shift operations in Lobby Lounge
Maximize talent and guest satisfaction
Maximize revenues and profitability
Create authentic guest experiences
Manage B&F reservations
Maintain hotel standards
Train talent
Manage rosters and timesheets
Supervise restaurant in absence of Restaurant Manager
Monitor alcohol beverage service compliance
Complete opening and closing duties

Requirements:

Experience in bar supervision
Ability to manage shift operations
Knowledge of alcohol beverage service compliance
Training and team management skills
Strong communication skills between culinary and front of house
Ability to provide performance feedback
Experience in maintaining sanitation standards
