As Bar Supervisor, you will support the bar management team in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining the highest standards of beverage service and guest experience. Job Responsibility
Support the day‑to‑day operation of the bar, ensuring seamless and efficient service
Lead, guide and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Engage with guests, responding to requests and ensuring a personalised and memorable experience
Monitor bar and lounge areas for service flow, guest satisfaction, safety and overall ambience
Conduct regular stock checks, inventories and requisitions for liquor, beverages and supplies
Ensure secure handling of cash, floats and banking procedures throughout shifts
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Complete maintenance requests and report operational issues promptly
Communicate clearly with the team, including last calls and closing procedures
Assist with training, scheduling and performance management of team members
Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records and complete all required administrative tasks
Requirements
Proven experience in a bar or beverage service role, ideally within a luxury hotel or high‑end venue
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, spirits and bar operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
A proactive attitude with a guest‑centric approach
Professional presentation and a strong sense of responsibility
