Job Responsibility

  • Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests
  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently
  • Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs
  • Assist the team with general responsibilities during service
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards

Requirements

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
  • Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
  • Experience working in supervisory role preferable
  • Experience working in a Bar (or Food & Beverage outlet) required
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
  • Must have weekend availability (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred)
