Job Description:

The Living Room Bar Supervisor's primary responsibility includes managing the team and assigned shift operations within the Lobby Lounge. The Supervisor is expected to constantly strive to maximize talent and guest satisfaction, as well as revenues and profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Manage team and shift operations in Lobby Lounge
Maximize talent and guest satisfaction
Create authentic guest experiences
Manage B&F reservations
Maintain hotel standards
Train talent
Manage rosters and timesheets
Supervise restaurant in absence of Restaurant Manager
Monitor alcohol beverage service compliance
Complete opening and closing duties

Requirements:

Experience in bar supervision
Ability to manage shift operations
Knowledge of restaurant policies and standards
Compliance with alcohol beverage service laws
Ability to provide feedback to team members
Supervisory experience in restaurant/bar environment
