Job Description:

The Bar Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel bar, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth team coordination, and adherence to brand standards. This position supports management in supervising bar staff, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel bar
Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth team coordination
Adhere to brand standards
Support management in supervising bar staff
Maintain inventory and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Foster positive work environment
Lead by example
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Maintain high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service
Supervise floor service, bartending, barista, hosting, banqueting service
Ensure compliance with cleaning, sanitising and food handling guidelines
Assist with guest enquiries and reservations
Support sales/revenue generating activities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all F&B areas

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service

Nice to have:

Experience in luxury hotel environment
