Join White Rabbit Projects as Bar Supervisor – Lead the Bar Team at Graduate Cambridge. At White Rabbit Projects, we create hospitality experiences built on personality, creativity, and exceptional service. At the Graduate Cambridge by Hilton, our riverside bar, terrace, and restaurant spaces deliver vibrant drinks, relaxed dining, and memorable guest moments. We’re now looking for a confident and hands-on Bar Supervisor to support daily operations, lead the bar team during service, and help elevate the drinks experience across the venue. If you’re passionate about cocktails, enjoy mentoring others, and thrive in a busy hospitality environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervising the bar team during service
  • Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers to brand standards
  • Training and supporting bartenders and junior team members
  • Managing stock rotation, ordering, and bar organisation
  • Supporting rota planning and labour control
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving service challenges professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations
  • Supporting the wider F&B management team with operational performance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or strong Senior Bartender
  • Excellent cocktail and beverage knowledge
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
  • Passion for hospitality and developing team members
