Bar Supervisor

• Serving excellent drinks, taking orders and looking after guests
• Supporting with stock ordering and management
• Helping to manage staff levels on shift to meet payroll budgets
• Motivating Team Members to maintain standards
• Being the point of call for any management issues
• Oversee all aspects of the busy hotel bar
• Ensure the smooth running of the day to day operations of the bar

• Proactive
• Previous experience working within a busy bar and restaurant
• Exposure to supervisory or management duties
• Flexible with work times
• Wine knowledge is advantageous
• Passion for food
• Genuine desire for providing excellent service
