Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager open this new bar
  • Recruit and manage a small team
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Developing menus
  • Maintaining inventory and budgets
  • Enforcing health and safety regulations
  • Assisting in monitoring industry trends
  • Analysing sales and financial reports
  • Working with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings

Requirements

  • Prior experience in delivering first class service in a food and beverage environment
