Job Responsibility:

  • Provide world-class hospitality by creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer service to guests
  • Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring good quality and presentation
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance the customer experience
  • Monitor stock levels and restock when necessary
  • Always maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety guidelines
  • Support the Team Leaders with additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Over 18 due to the nature of the role and working hours
