Bar Server

• Deliver warm, genuine and efficient service to all guests at the bar and surrounding areas
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in line with recipes, brand standards and licensing regulations
• Engage confidently with guests, offering recommendations and personalised service
• Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar at all times
• Handle orders and payments accurately using POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and uphold all licensing and safety requirements
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and basic prep
• Work closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service during busy periods
• Resolve guest requests or concerns with professionalism, empathy and discretion
• Uphold brand standards, core values and hygiene procedures at all times

• Previous experience as a Bar Server, Bartender or in a customer‑facing hospitality role
• A genuine passion for hospitality, drinks and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident and approachable manner
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Confidence preparing drinks and using POS systems accurately
• A proactive, positive attitude and a team‑focused mindset
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
