Job Description:

The Fork & Wheel Restaurant is looking for an experienced Bar Person to join our team in Midleton. This is a role for someone who knows their way behind a bar — confident in their craft, comfortable with guests, and able to hold their own during a busy service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and serve guests, taking orders and making recommendations with confidence
  • Prepare and serve a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar throughout your shift
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately
  • Assist with stock management and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Solid bar experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine customer focus
  • Reliable, flexible, and available for evenings and weekends
  • Own transport or a reliable means of getting to and from The Fork & Wheel is essential
