Bar Manager

We are looking for creative, innovative, and engaging Bar Manager and to add and lead to our already established legendary team in J&M. This role will suit a passionate and experienced beverage-driven professional, who truly understands what being hands-on means! At Merivale, our people are at the forefront of everything we do and the key to our success. Coming into the business as a Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to express both your creativity as well as your organisational, communication, and people skills. Along with delivering great cocktails with speed, style, and charisma, you will also be responsible for managing the bar end to end. Your focus will be on developing your people and building an incredible team with a strong culture, as well as taking them on the journey of training and development to upskill them around product knowledge, service standards, and how to create a magical guest experience.
