Job Description:

As a Bar Manager, you will be able to develop your skills while being motivated by the Sydney lifestyle, surrounded by major Sydney icons. Job Responsibility:

Manage all elements of the bar service period, tending to the bar and delivering a mind-blowing service to guests
Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests
Responsible for managing all bar outlets, ensuring your team are providing service excellence with each customer experience
Be a thoughtful and dynamic leader by providing motivation and support to the team
Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel connected and immersed within the Pier One culture
Ensure the bar is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to create memorable moments and enable future bookings
Lead the bar department with all operational tasks, strategies and team building initiatives
Plan, develop and conduct training to ensure the team maintains a clean bar area
Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Bar department
Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the Pier One's core values

Requirements:

An up-to-date RSA
Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
Working rights in Australia
