You’ll be the face of the pub and the first point of contact for our guests. From the moment people walk through the door, you’ll set the tone — delivering a genuine welcome, building rapport, and making sure every visit feels special. You’ll take real ownership of the bar, leading from the front while maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge. A key part of the role will be getting involved in planning and delivering engaging wet-led events, from seasonal promotions and drinks launches to race-day activations and lively social evenings that bring the pub to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests while driving the success of the bar.

Requirements:
Experience as a deputy manager or restaurant manager within a gastro pub, restaurant, bar, hotel or elsewhere in the hospitality sector
