Bar Manager

• Be the face of the pub and the first point of contact for guests
• Set the tone from the moment people walk through the door
• Deliver a genuine welcome, build rapport, and make sure every visit feels special
• Take real ownership of the bar, leading from the front
• Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation, and product knowledge
• Plan and deliver engaging wet-led events, from seasonal promotions and drinks launches to race-day activations and lively social evenings
• Manage busy services
• Plan and run special events
• Welcome and look after customers
• Help to train and lead the bar/waiting team
• Decide what beers, gins and wines we offer and how our events should be run

Experience as a deputy manager or restaurant manager within a gastro pub, restaurant, bar, hotel or elsewhere in the hospitality sector
