The Bar Manager oversees organizes and leads training for multiple bars, restaurants and the lounge. The Bar Manager sources clients for the F&B operation, establishes and maintains long term relationships with clients and patrons as well as external vendors and suppliers.

Works closely with Restaurant managers and the Director of Food & Beverage as well as other Four Seasons departments
Works closely with the Chef de Cuisine to offer an attractively balanced and well-presented Food & Beverage selection
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years as a Food and Beverage manager experience in a hotel setting
Passion for wine, beer and spirits
Previous experience within a similar role of overlooking the resort's entire beverage program (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
Strong knowledge in wines, particularly Italian wines & French champagnes
Must be highly adaptable, flexible, and possess high levels of credibility and respect as well as food knowledge
Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with previous relevant experience
