This is a senior manager role in the hotel who will be responsible for the following - Beverage Budget, Introducing Beverage SOP's, Service standards, stocktake, Assisting in driving standards in restaurant & bar, duty manager shifts. The successful candidate will report directly to the Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Overseeing all aspects of the bar operations

Requirements
Prior experience in food and beverage management or a related field
A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices
