Job Description

This is a senior manager role in the hotel who will be responsible for the following - Beverage Budget, Introducing Beverage SOP's, Service standards, stocktake, Assisting in driving standards in restaurant & bar, duty manager shifts. The successful candidate will report directly to the Restaurant & Bar Manager.

Job Responsibility

Overseeing all aspects of the bar operations
Recruiting, managing staff
Ensuring high levels of customer service
Developing menus
Maintaining inventory and budgets
Enforcing health and safety regulations
Monitoring industry trends
Analysing sales and financial reports
Working with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's beverage offerings

Service standards
Stocktake
Assisting in driving standards in restaurant & bar
Duty manager shifts

Requirements

Prior experience in food and beverage management or a related field
A deep understanding of food and beverage industry standards and best practices
An inspirational leader with first class communication, and organisational skills
