The Venue: Mr. Wong serves Cantonese-inspired cuisine and a curated beverage selection in a vibrant two-level setting. Despite seating 240 guests, the restaurant maintains an intimate atmosphere with dim lighting, cozy corners, and moody jazz. Led by Executive Chef Dan Hong, the menu features crowd favourites such as the signature barbecue duck and Michael Luo’s popular lunchtime dim sum. An extensive wine list, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages complete the experience. The Role: This role will suit a passionate and experienced beverage-driven professional, who truly understands what being hands-on means! Coming into the business as a Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to express both your creativity as well as your organisational, communication, and people skills. Along with delivering great cocktails with speed, style, and charisma, you will also be responsible for managing the bar end to end. Your focus will be on developing your people and building an incredible team with a strong culture, as well as taking them on the journey of training and development to upskill them around product knowledge, service standards, and how to create a magical guest experience.
