Job Responsibility:
Manage all operational aspects of the westhub bar & lounge and roof top terrace Cloud 6
Keep an eye on bar trends and bring creative ideas to inspire guests daily
Never lose overview and guide and lead team of employees and trainees
Implement creative and innovative bar concepts keeping an eye on hotel's overall goals, brand standards and revenue targets
Draw right conclusions with key figures and monitor costs to align productivity and efficiency
Lead bar team professionally, train and develop them
Involve in recruiting team members and provide professional induction and motivating working atmosphere
Be a real team player with all hotel departments and leadership team
Regularly provide content for marketing team on social media
Requirements:
At least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with team leadership
International experience is an advantage
Modern management style
