Calders Bar isn't just a hotel bar. It's where golfers celebrate birdies, locals catch up over a pint, families enjoy lunch, and weekend nights come alive with great drinks, good food and even better service. We're looking for a hands-on Bar Manager who can lead from the front, inspire a brilliant team and make Calders the place everyone wants to spend their evening.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading an energetic bar team and creating a fantastic working culture
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences from first coffee to last cocktail
  • Driving sales through premium drinks, creative promotions and memorable events
  • Managing stock, GP, rotas and labour costs like a pro
  • Training and developing the next generation of hospitality stars
  • Working closely with our kitchen and hotel teams to keep service running smoothly
