Job Responsibility

Oversee daily bar operations
ensure speed, quality, consistency of service
maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, presentation
ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, responsible alcohol service
manage opening/closing procedures and stock checks
recruit, train, motivate bartenders, barbacks, team leaders
