Job Description

Supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures. Manages day-to-day operations verifying that the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis. Maintains the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

  • Collaboration: You'll collaborate closely with various inhouse teams, including kitchen, reception, and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Data Management: With your exceptional data analysis and report writing skills, you will be able to highlight trends around profit, targets and overall customer satisfaction
  • Compliance: In line with legislation and the hotels policies and procedures, you will understand, implement and deliver the highest standards of legal compliance to your team with regards to food safety, food hygiene and food allergens
  • External Relationships: you will build and maintain external relationships with suppliers and competitors to monitor and research best prices, produce and product at the best price
