Bar Manager/ Drinks Operations Manager – We are not just looking for a bar manager, we are looking for a Drinks Operations Manager who is creative, passionate, and experienced professional to lead our bar team, elevate our drinks program, and ensure that every guest leaves raving about us. Job Responsibility
Team Management: Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate bar team
Drinks Leadership: Curate and develop the drinks menu
Service Excellence: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service
Manage Stock: Oversee ordering, stock control, and cost management
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant bar environment
Financial Management: Manage till operations and record bar takings
Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless service
Venue Support: Support fellow bar managers at other premier venues when required
Marketing Contribution: Partner with the marketing department to promote the bar
Sale of Alcohol: Ensure a thorough understanding of the legalities of selling alcohol and licensing rules
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in a bar management role, ideally within a hospitality or event setting
Strong Leadership Skills
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Organized & Efficient
Financially Savvy
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and bar equipment
Flexible & Adaptable
Personal Licence: Required for overseeing alcohol service
Willingness to become the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) if required
Own transport is essential due to the venue’s location
Eligible to work full-time in the UK
