Job Description:

The Bar & Lounge Supervisor role at Munich Marriott Hotel City West involves leading and motivating a team to provide outstanding culinary offerings and warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. The hotel is located in Munich's Westend, near the Old Town and Oktoberfest grounds.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the operational aspects of your shift (early or late shift)
  • Guide and deploy your team during busy periods
  • Put creative and innovative F&B concepts into action
  • Communicate clearly with superiors and other departments
  • Pass extensive knowledge on to the team and trainees
  • Oversee the bar area and support the team
  • Bring innovative, on-trend ideas in beverage service into practice

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of sound professional experience in the upscale hotel/gastronomy industry
  • Experience in leading and motivating employees
  • Strong awareness of quality and high standards
  • Good German and English skills
  • Organizational talent
