Step into the spotlight at The Onyx Bar & Lounge where curated cocktails, and elevated vibes set the stage every night. We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Bar & Lounge Assistant Manager to lead the energy, orchestrate the flow, and deliver unforgettable luxury-level guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Show – Oversee daily bar and lounge operations from open to close
  • Elevate the Experience – Be the face of hospitality
  • Inspire the Team – Coach, mentor, and energize our Front of House team
  • Master the Flow – Manage reservations, seating strategy, and service pacing
  • Drive Performance – Oversee F&B purchasing and inventory controls with precision

Requirements:

  • Hospitality degree preferred
  • Previous experience in managing 5 star hotel restaurants
  • A flair for creativity and entrepreneurship
  • Proven record of building strong relationships with team members, patrons and managers
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Sense of style, flair, eye for detail and creative
  • Passionate Food & Beverage operator, following the current trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and varied schedules
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
