Job Responsibility

Assist in overseeing daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures

Manage inventory, ordering, and control costs to maximize profitability
Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive guest's experience

Plan, organize, and lead recreational programs, events, and activities for guests or residents
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
