Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies
Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation, Wildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assigned outlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment
Responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances
Ensure that the bar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.
Requirements:
Minimum age requirement is 21
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration
Knowledge of wines and spirits
Must have cash handling experience
Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.
