Bar BOTA Bartender

• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless service experience
• Work with event planners to coordinate special events
• Create and curate a rotating menu of monthly seasonal cocktails
• Experiment with new recipes and ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen to pair cocktails with seasonal menu offerings
• Monitor and manage bar inventory
• Conduct regular inventory counts
• Actively engage with guests to build rapport
• Solicit feedback from customers
• Work with marketing to develop promotions
• Promote special events and happy hours
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure the bar is clean and well-maintained

• Higher school education or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years bartending or related work
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
• Fluent in Japanese and English is preferable
• Must have valid working permit in Japan
