Requirements

Previous Bar Back experience in a busy and high-volume hospitality operation is desirable but not essential
Planning ability

Job Responsibility

Washing glasses and store them in the correct place according to the members club SOP’s
Overseeing the dish washer’s maintenance and ensure it is cleaned daily
Restocking the bars as required by the Bartenders
Keeping the bar and BOH areas clean and tidy, including the area behind the bar counter and shelves
Ensuring that at the end of the shift the bars are deep cleaned every time
Refilling fridges and move stock between the cellars and bars as and when required following stock requisition process where appropriate
Helping with receiving deliveries and storing goods in the appropriate manner informing the management team of any discrepancies
Preparing fruit, garnishes and homemade syrups and bitters in collaboration with the Bartenders and Head Bartenders
Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for our members when required
Helping the Bartenders to organise the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
