The Bar Back is an essential member of the Restaurant team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This role requires a high degree of professionalism and teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the inventory, anticipating restocking before depletion to ensure a seamless bar experience for the guests.
Job Responsibility
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions
Ensure bar is stocked with proper inventory, garnish, glassware, etc. and monitor continuously for restocking, changes kegs
Maintain cleanliness in bar area
Assist with monitoring guests, promptly removing dishes, glassware, etc., responding to guests’ requests
Prepares for evening service while supporting AM operations
Requirements
An engaging personality and a positive attitude towards all tasks
A willingness to work hard and learn more
Background in luxury F&B service is an asset
Attention to detail and a passion
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
