Job Description

Caledonian is looking for exceptional individuals aspiring to excel in the hospitality industry operating all year-round.

Job Responsibility

  • Help serve food and drink in the bar and restaurant area whilst adhering to company standards and giving excellent customer service
  • Have a visible presence within the hotel to ensure all customer requests are dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner
  • To up sell products where possible
  • Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in accordance with Company Policy
  • To assist and positively contribute to the smooth running of the Bar department
  • To perform all reasonable requests by Management
