Bar and Waiting Staff

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Know the menu and drinks range inside out, offering recommendations to customers
• Greet, serve food, and look after our customers whilst they dine with us
• Prepare drinks that meet specs and customer expectations and assist the management team with managing stock
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible

• Reliable and punctual with a positive can-do attitude and be a real team player
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills
• Have a great eye for detail, liaising with the kitchen to ensure each and every guest has a great experience
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome
• Must be over 18 and able to serve behind the bar
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, sometimes until close (1am at weekends), is essential
