Job Description:

Bar and Floor Team Member - The Hercules Pillars. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Bar and Floor Team. This crucial role supports the smooth running of our bar and dining areas, delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of The Hercules Pillars. Job Responsibility:

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all customers at the bar and on the floor
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks with accuracy and speed, adhering to licensing laws and company policies
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, floor, and customer areas throughout your shift
Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the environment is inviting and well-presented
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly using the point of sale system
Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow
Engage with customers positively to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits
Follow health and safety regulations and maintain compliance with licensing requirements
Support stock control and inventory management by reporting shortages or damages promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
A friendly and approachable manner with excellent communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong team player who is reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and stock management
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
