Job Description:

An operationally driven leadership role at the W Brisbane hotel focusing on managing Banquets, Catering, and Events. The position includes responsibilities such as team management, guest service, coordination with culinary and sales teams, financial controls, and training opportunities. The role aims to provide epic and unforgettable experiences for guests.

Job Responsibility:

Managing the Banquets team with the preparation, management, and execution of events
Assisting guests with service delivery
Coordination with Banquet Culinary team and Catering & Events Sales team
Ensuring smooth operation and meeting guests’ expectations
Identifying training opportunities
Leading the team and maintaining work culture.

Requirements:

Passionate, driven, and experienced Food & Beverage professional
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
Great understanding of financial controls and administrative responsibilities
Leadership skills to train and guide teams
Maintain a positive work culture.
