Job Description:

The Banquets Conferences Concierge position includes responsibilities such as coordinating with event hosts, analyzing banquet needs, ensuring service standards, and maintaining company policies. Job Responsibility:

  • Meet group coordinator or host(ess) prior to functions and ensure arrangements
  • read and analyze banquet event order for guest information and needs
  • respond to and fulfill special banquet arrangements
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • anticipate and address guests’ service needs
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships
  • visually inspect tools and equipment
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • at least 1 year of related work experience
  • no supervisory experience.
