Job Description:

Banquets Concierge Conferences position at The Ritz-Carlton Naples Tiburon. The role involves meeting with group coordinators, analyzing banquet event orders, ensuring proper setup for events, responding to special arrangements, and maintaining The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions
Read and analyze banquet event orders
Ensure proper setup and timeline for events
Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
